Welcome to my home page

Since september 2007, I'm a Post-doctoral fellow at ISTI-CNR in Pisa.
In 2006-2007 I was a temporary assistant professor in the University of Saint-Etienne.
I defended my Ph.D. in november 2006. My thesis was entitled "A generic framework for constraint-based co-clustering: application to transciptomic analysis" ([.pdf] in French).
I was under the supervision of Prof. Jean-Francois Boulicaut and Dr. Celine Robardet (LIRIS CNRS UMR 5205, INSA Lyon).

My major research interests regard data mining and knowledge discovery, bioinformatics (gene expression data analysis), and privacy-preserving algorithms for data management.
